    Aboutthe role and team

    We have a newopportunity for an experienced real estate lawyer with between 4 to6 years of post-admission experience to join our national Property& Projects practice, ideally to be based in Melbourne but wewill consider other locations.

    Our Property& Projects team has over 95 team members nationally workingacross a diverse practice, including property, projects,environment and planning.

    With a varied client base acrossboth the public and private sector, our national practice is aleader in real estate for significant property funds, social impactenterprises, institutional clients and the publicsector.

    Keyresponsibilities
    Thesuccessful candidate will work on a broad range of real estateprojects for a diverse client base, including:
    salesand acquisitions;
    landdevelopment;
    commercial and retailleasing;
    landassembly; and
    generaladvice.
    Skills andexperience
    We are keento hear from candidates with the following skills andexperience:
    • 6years of post
    • admission experience in property law;
    excellent technical anddrafting skills;
    significant experienceacross general real estate law matters; and
    stronganalytical, legal research and drafting skills.
