The Opportunity


Reporting to the Customer Excellence Supervisor, you will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders and maximising interactions to ensure James Hardie's mission to drive the highest standards in service levels are met and maintained.


Based in Sydney CBD, you will join a team of 12 in working collaboratively to manage internal and external stakeholder queries, order placements and fulfillments all while delivering exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle an average of 3060 calls per day
  • Order placement & order fulfilment
  • Delivery of exceptional Customer Service
  • Provide accurate information in response to customer product enquiries
  • Identify and generate sales opportunities that will result in the purchase of James Hardie products

About you

  • Minimum of 2 years customer service in Call Centre/Contact Centre environment
  • SAP is strongly preferred; Salesforce desirable, but not essential
  • Experience with online ordering and online chat services would be highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Must be flexible to work between 7.30am 6pm, Monday to Friday, on a weekly rotating roster
