Looking for a self-driven outbound customer service professional to join this high performing team. Great team with plenty & Onsite parking available


The Role


Helping trade business to navigate the complexity of paperwork to get them up and running and off to the best start possible.

With inhouse training and support and helping them obtain their builders licence and work with them to ensure they comply with the Victorian builder's standards.

Now seeking a professional, experienced, and proactive Customer service officer to join a high performing team. This role is a full-time office-based role working normal business hours.


You will also be responsible for, following up of Sales Orders and raising Invoices along with other ad hoc administration duties.


  • Strong skills in organising and Planning
  • Willingness to pick up the phone and make calls
  • Have a good understanding of Word and Excel with good keyboard skills
  • Great with Customer Service and be able to demonstrate their Experience
  • Excellent with their communication skills,
  • Strong in administration skills
  • Experience using multiple database systems
  • Be Proactive not Reactive
  • Able to show good Geographical understanding of Victoria
Experience in building rapport quickly with a strong focus on customer service will be highly regarded.
