We are the official source of television audience measurement for the free to air networks andsubscription television channels in Australia.

At Nielsen TAM, we are passionate about improving our clients; understanding of what their consumers watch on Television and other streaming devices.

The Service Integrity (SI) team is currently looking for an enthusiastic and professional ServiceIntegrity Analyst.


An important goal for the Service Integrity team is to maintain the statistical integrity standards of theTelevision Audience Panel in line with contractual KPI's and client commitments.

This is a critical role, pivotal in maintaining a worldclass panel and involves the use of statistical knowledge, attention to detail and technical clientservicing skills on a daily basis.


Service Integrity Analyst will work closely with the Service Integrity Manager, Chief Executive Officerand General Manager on issues relating to data delivery, data integrity, project data analysis and third party software suppliers.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Providing support to the data delivery team to ensure daily data delivery according to contractual KPI's and commitments
  • Oversee the scheduled data delivery for VOZ production and delivery to clients
  • Ensuring quality assurance of product output following changes to production systems
  • Perform ongoing analysis and review of systems and procedures and identify areas ofimprovement
  • Compile specifications, document processes, and methodologies for internal and external reporting
  • Provide adhoc reporting to the Executive team and key clients
  • Provide adhoc statistical and technical support e.g. technical data queries from clients
  • Maintain technical documentation and support to third party software suppliers

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Experience in supporting client deliverables
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and adaptable to changes in tasks and projects as required
  • Promote and be a driving influence of a quality culture within the business
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Sound knowledge of statistical conceptsPython or SAS package knowledge (desirable)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Tableau
