Your Role:


As the Supervisor, you will oversee a crucial aspect of operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient filling and movement of Bulka bag packed materials either at the Thunderbird site or Broome Warehouse.

You will oversee a small team who are responsible for the following tasks:

  • Loading and Unloading: Supervise and coordinate the safe loading and unloading of materials to and from trucks, and storage areas.
  • Equipment and Maintenance: Perform equipment checks, basic maintenance, and repairs as needed to guarantee operational reliability.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records, document material movement, and ensure that all tasks are completed as per written instructions.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations to create a secure working environment for all.
  • Efficiency and Accuracy: Oversee the efficient completion of physical tasks, ensuring materials are handled quickly and with precision.

Your Qualifications:

Experience in Bulka bag material handling, preferably in a mining or industrial setting.

  • Basic mechanical and equipment maintenance skills.
  • Strong data collection and project monitoring abilities.
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Dedication to safety and strict compliance with regulations.
  • Efficient and accurate work habits.
We have FIFO roles 2/1 with onsite camp accommodation available depending on your location.
