  • Salary Package: from $127,609 to $134,775 per annum (HEW Level 9), plus 17% superannuation and annual leave loading. Flexible work arrangements.

THE ROLE
Macquarie Business School (MQBS) is recruiting an Education Services Delivery Manager to lead Executive Education professional services.

Reporting to the Head of Education Services, the position will develop and implement strategy and manage the teams supporting postgraduate "post
- experience" courses, such as the MBA, and non-award short courses and micro-credentials.


The successful applicant will work closely with academic leads, other professional service leads and key industry and alumni partners, to deliver high quality stakeholder experiences.

APPLY- Relevant tertiary qualification and extensive relevant experience- Contributing to the design, development and managing implementation of customer experience or business development strategies, operational plans and initiatives- Extensive experience leading and successfully implementing multiple projects and/ or events simultaneously- Ability to identify, build and nurture partnerships with external organisations to support organisational strategy- Synthesising and analysing data from a number of sources to prepare presentations, reports and submissions for internal and external audiences- Demonstrated experience developing, coaching and supporting team members and colleagues
