Your Role


We are seeking an inspiring and passionate Lead Educator to join our team at Corinda and embark on a wonderful new journey with us.


As an Educator, you will support in the delivery of quality education and care ensuring that all children are inspired to investigate, create and explore their environment and participate in the educational program.

You will act as a co learner and collaborator with the child, observing children carefully, listening to their cues, questions and stories, discovering what interests them and providing meaningful learning opportunities to explore these interests further.


As Lead Educator, you will be responsible for:

As a Lead Educator you will lead, coach and supervise the studio team/educators through modelling a collaborative learning approach, ensuring the environment and teaching approaches are designed to enhance children's ideas.


This role is a full time position that will see you building and maintaining effective relationships with children and families ensuring that education and care routines are responsive and inclusive to each child's learning and development needs.


About You
Our team design rich individual experiences for our children to foster their development.

It is because of this that we need you to have:


  • Previous experience in leading a team of educators, including mentoring, strengthening of their knowledge, and building of their understanding in curriculum, pedagogy and practice
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or working towards Diploma (actively enrolled)
  • Previous experience working in an early childhood service as Lead Educator or coleader whilst studying diploma
