About this Role:

We are currently looking for motivated and experienced waitstaff to join our team. As a front-of-house, you will be working in cocktail parties, sit-down dinner, boardroom meetings and festivals.

In this role, you will be:

Delivering orders to tables in a timely manner, ensuring the correct items are served, and providing an attentive and professional service
Preparing the areas before service, including setting tables with cutlery, glassware, and condiments. After service, clearing tables promptly
Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the area, including table surfaces, chairs, and floors, to create a pleasant and sanitary environment for guests
Ensuring guests' needs are met promptly and courteously, and addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional and proactive manner.
Collaborating with other food and beverage attendants and management to ensure smooth and efficient service
Supporting special events, banquets, or functions by providing food and beverage service as required
Complying with food safety standards, responsible service of alcohol guidelines, and any other health and safety regulations to maintain a safe dining environment

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) competency card.
Previous Waitstaff experience in venues and private homes is an advantage.
Great Attitude & Punctuality are a must
Ability to carry 3 plates and clear
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to work on your own offering 5star service standards
