    Description

    · Children's Charity – Sydney
    · Hybrid – WFH 4 days per week
    · Maternity leave contract

    This well regarded charity has an opening for an experienced and dynamic Partnerships professional to join their team. Reporting to an inspiring Director of Fundraising, this role offers complete flexibility. Fixed term contract for 12 months.

    Responsibilities:

    · Develop, grow and nurture corporate partnerships
    · Implement fundraising and partnership plans and strategies
    · Identify new prospective partnership opportunities
    · Ensure regular communication and engagement across all levels
    · Business development and prospecting calls – face to face and phone
    · Contribute to the fundraising team plans and projects

    Key criteria:

    · Proven track record working at a similar level
    · Passion for building proactive partnerships and identifying new business opportunities
    · Superior communication – written and oral.
    · Exceptional relationship building skills, influencer and negotiator
    · Strong network of connections
    · Proactive, results driven and highly self-managed
    · Can commit to a 12 month fixed term contract
