Shopfitter Leading Hand

LOCATION:
Melbourne Region

We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our team at Schembri Projects, a reputable shopfitting and installation business catering to the commercial fit-out industry in Melbourne.

As our business continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced tradesmen specializing in shopfitting to immediately join our dynamic and growing team on a sub-contract basis.

As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to enhance your expertise and further your career as our business thrives.

To succeed in this role, we require an individual who possess the following:

Comprehensive toolset encompassing all necessary carpentry/shopfitting equipment
Reliable vehicle for transportation
OHS white card certification
Minimum of 6 years experience in shopfitting and fitout projects
Positive attitude and strong team orientation
Efficient time management skills
The ability to lead a small group of tradesmen

Your responsibilities will involve working flexible hours and traveling to various locations across the Melbourne region.

Additionally, you should be comfortable working both independently and in a team environment, demonstrating leadership qualities when supervising and leading other team members.
