This organisation is a leading vendor in contact centre and customer experience technology.

They have been going from strength to strength with some major client wins of late and are now looking to expand the team with a Customer Analytics Consultant VOC based in Sydney.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the outright leader within their space and work with some of the largest organisations in Australia and New Zealand.


Role

The focus of this role will be to work closely with key customers, obtain customer feedback and data, analyse data, quality and analytics from their technology and consultant back to the customer.

You will also be supporting every touch point through onboarding and ongoing success, internal presales, being the SME, working discovery sessions, training and implementation.


Other responsibilities include:

  • Become a true trusted advisor to the client and build strong key relationships to assist in successful project delivery
  • Create frameworks, produce documentation that assist development and maintenance of the product for local and international markets
  • Interpreting and assessing the clients needs and articulating how the solution addresses those requirements
  • Data analysis and presentations based of your results
  • Supporting every touch point from customer onboarding right through to ongoing success
  • Work with customers on discovery sessions
  • Training and implementation
  • Delivering services and solutions to customers
  • Develop and maintain key client relationships across all levels of the business.

Must have skills

  • Excellent communisation skills both written and verbal.
  • Must have worked for a min 2 years in a Contact Centre environment or working with customers who have a Contact Centre.
  • Excellent presenter and can deliver spot on focussed presentations.
  • Experience conducting customer feedback surveys.
  • Experience with quality frameworks, customer insights and analytics.
  • Communicating and negotiating various stakeholders.
  • Must be a team player but still be able to work autonomously and be self motivated.
  • Consultant, Business Analysis, Customer Insights, Implementation or Training background is highly desired.
  • Travel will be up to 25% nationally.
