About the Role


The Spare Parts Interpreter is responsible for partnering with our customers to ensure they get the right part, at the right place, at the right time.

Provide exceptional customer service in our warehouse, enter orders, and fulfill orders, liaise with logistics companies to track orders, and work with our internal team to provide accurate ETAs to customers.

Would suit mechanically minded person that has worked with cars or machinery.

Duties:
  • Source and order local parts
  • Interpreting the customer's parts requirements, at showroom counter and over the phone.
  • Manage incoming stock from local and international orders
  • Manage bin locations and warehouse bulk locations
  • Manage and maintain, quotes and invoicing
  • Provide advice regarding parts specifications to customers as required.
  • Liaise with the Service department. Receive job cards and pick parts for mechanics if needed
  • Pick orders and arrange freight to be ready for collection daily
  • Perform cycle stock counts regularly
  • Assist with rental & service handovers if required

Skills and Experience:


  • Have a background in the tree industry
  • Knowledge about a woodchipper
  • Someone that knows the equipment used in the tree industry
  • Excavators hire equipment
  • Forklift license
  • Drivers Licence essential
