Are you an empathetic and dedicated Mental Health Clinician seeking an impactful role? Join our esteemed client's team, providing essential mental health services across the Liverpool LGA.


About the Role:

As a vital member of our team, you'll be at the forefront of delivering accessible mental health services and support within the community.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Work within a traumainformed framework
  • Conduct advanced social work assessments and interventions for patients and families
  • Perform intake assessments and provide midterm therapeutic services (3 to 6 months)
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Provide counseling, emotional support, and practical assistance to individuals and families facing medical challenges
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of interventions

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Nursing, OT, or Psychology
  • Registration with the relevant accreditation body in your field
  • Current registration with the appropriate professional body
  • Ability to conduct assessments and provide therapeutic interventions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Build rapport with a range of clients
  • Experience with strengthbased, recoveryoriented models of service
  • Availability to work on a rotating roster over 67 days
