Are you an empathetic and dedicated Mental Health Clinician seeking an impactful role? Join our esteemed client's team, providing essential mental health services across the Liverpool LGA.

About the Role:

As a vital member of our team, you'll be at the forefront of delivering accessible mental health services and support within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Work within a traumainformed framework
Conduct advanced social work assessments and interventions for patients and families
Perform intake assessments and provide midterm therapeutic services (3 to 6 months)
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
Provide counseling, emotional support, and practical assistance to individuals and families facing medical challenges
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of interventions

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Nursing, OT, or Psychology
Registration with the relevant accreditation body in your field
Current registration with the appropriate professional body
Ability to conduct assessments and provide therapeutic interventions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Build rapport with a range of clients
Experience with strengthbased, recoveryoriented models of service
Availability to work on a rotating roster over 67 days
