This exciting role is responsible for the day-to-day management and governance of the payroll operations as well as compliance and management of third-party relationships.

This role will include:

  • Oversight and signoff on monthly, fortnightly and adhoc pay runs ensuring they are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ownership of monthly payroll reporting, journal preparation and payroll balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Working and engaging with the key stakeholders across the business to help improve and further develop the payroll systems functionality and capability.
  • Leadership of the onshore Melbourne based payroll compliance team, as well as oversight of Payroll operations carried out by our Aurecon Payroll team in Manila.

On a personal level you'll have access to flexible work hours, remote work, working holidays, part-time and job share options.
