Government contract role

6 months, possible extension

Start Date: 15th May 2023

Hourly rate negotiable

East Perth WA

Duties include:

Develop, implement and maintain financial models and systems to support reporting compliance.
Coordinate and implement new financial processes through business process engineering.
Develop and maintain standards, policies and procedures to do with financial systems and service delivery.
Manage the maintenance and support of the financial systems reporting process.
Provide specialist advice to management regarding financial systems and processes.
Manage liaison with the financial system users and other external and internal customers, and the wider community, in a customerfocused manner.
Consult with internal and external stakeholders to identify service requirements.
Research, evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve financial processes.

Essential Skills or Experience

Large integrated computerised financial systems
Data analysis and modelling skill and the use of business intelligent tools such as Excel, Power Query, Power BI, etc
Good communication skill to provide customer focused service
Research, analysis and problem solving
