As the Office Manager working along side one of Adecco's clients, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our office operations.

Your leadership and organisational skills will be crucial in maintaining a productive work environment, supporting team members, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.


Description

Administrative Leadership: Oversee and manage administrative functions, including but not limited to reception, office supplies, mail distribution, and facilities management.

Team Support: Provide support to team members by addressing their queries, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a comfortable and efficient work space.

Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of office-related services and supplies.

Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and expense tracking related to office operations and facilities maintenance.

Event Coordination: Organise and manage company events, meetings, and gatherings, ensuring seamless execution and positive experiences.

Communication Hub: Facilitate clear communication within the office, distribute relevant information, and act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
