THE OPPORTUNITY
Moët Hennessy Australia has an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our Queensland team.

As an Account Manager, your role is to achieve Moet Hennessy Australia's (MHA) business objectives & agreed sales budget for your specific territory whilst understanding and embracing the strategic imperatives of MHA in your day to day business.

Reporting to the State Manager QLD, this role will include:


  • Implement brand and organizational objectives through a strong and efficient network with On-Premise and Off-Premise accounts.
  • Adapt and build on brand plans, generating innovative activations within brand guidelines.
  • Prospect and recruit new clients and identify opportunities for new brand initiatives.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow MHA business and visibility within this channel
  • Create and implement customer focused business plans.
  • Develop a network of contacts and key influencers within the channel to maximize opportunities.
  • Manage sector and brand related budgets/resources to optimum effect within agreed guidelines.
  • Negotiate contracts with on trade clients respecting the profitability of Moet Hennessy P&L.

To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills and experience:

  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Champagne/Wines/Spirit and their consumption trends and habits.
  • Strong understanding of the Australian On / Off premise and eRetail channels
  • Strong understanding of the Queensland market
  • Good networking, influencing and communication skills
  • Experience in conducting training sessions as required
  • Excellent time management
  • Excellent proven sales skills and result oriented
  • Team player but can work autonomously.
