Introduction:

IGT Australia is a dominant force in Australia and New Zealand, and we provide a range of gaming products, systems and services to the Club, Hotel and Casino industries.

We are seeking experienced In-house Service Technicians to provide service and technical support to our client, Revesby Workers Club.


Responsibilities:


  • Service and maintenance of all gaming equipment located within clubs and pubs
  • Preventative maintenance and installation of gaming machines and other related equipment
  • Assisting sales force in product promotion and performance
  • Attendant training and customer liaison

Requirements:


  • Field, electrical or electronics service or maintenance experience or a keen interest in pursuing a career in this area
  • Gaming industry experience highly regarded
  • Current technician's licence
  • Strong communication skills
  • Selfmotivated with ability to work unsupervised
  • Ability to undertake physical demands required of the role
  • Possess excellent customer service and relationship building skills
  • Available to work on weekends and late shifts
  • Available to work on call
  • Comfortable working in a club environment
