About the role:

Reporting to the Centre Manager, this exciting opportunity will see you responsible for creating and implementing an innovative marketing strategy for this stand-out shopping centre.

Duties:

You will effectively support the centre's overarching strategy whilst tailoring the marketing plan to the local community.

You will have a strong background in generating consumer engagement, building positive working relationships with retailers, and contributing to the overall centre's sales growth.

Skills and Experience

Minimum 23 years' experience as a Shopping Centre Marketing Manager
OR:
Be an Assistant Marketing Manager with shopping centre marketing experience looking to step up into a manager's role
Innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
Customercentric vision in seeking ideas and identifying solutions
Strong experience with digital and social media marketing strategies
A collaborative, professional and empathetic approach to dealing with customers/guests and retailers/operators
Proven analytical AND creative abilities
Ability to roll out creative and fresh campaigns that target the local community
Relevant tertiary qualification in Consumer Experience, Marketing, Production, Business or Commerce is highly desirable
