Job Description:

Our Global client is a highly regarded professional services firm based on Eagle Street. We seek an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join Sodexo's small on site corporate team on a full time basis. Mon to Fri 38hrs per week 8.00am to 4.00pm $65,000 + super.


A fantastic location overlooking the Brisbane river, surrounded by lunch venues and a close walk to the Queen St mall.

This is a professional role, where you will be the first point of contact for both corporate clients and the internal team


Your duties will include:
- managing visitors records and meeting rooms bookings

  • AV support
- placing catering orders
- meeting room setups
- controlling inventory ordering
- co-ordinating visitors passes and arranging passes for new employees
- other duties to support to the Facilities team when required


Who are we looking for?
You will have previous experience in a busy, corporate environment dealing with clients professionally and confidently. Your background may include experience as a corporate front of house receptionist in a professional services environment.
