About the role


This role is to provide firstly a clinical management and consultation service to patients with conditions applicable to the sub-specialty of Emergency Medicine and participate in an appropriate on-call roster.

Secondly to provide education, supervision and support to junior medical staff, and thirdly to engage in ongoing quality assurance activities both at the Departmental level and to colleagues within the Hospital as directed by the Director of Emergency Medicine.


Founded in Australia in 1885 it is one of the largest providers of health, aged and community care with over 18,000 staff and volunteers, 14 Public and Private Hospitals, 72 Residential Care and Retirement Communities and 19 Community Care Centres.


Salary:
$400, $500,000.00 per year
