Casual Position with opportunity to become Permanent Part Time (Tuesday and Thursday)

What do we need you to do?
You'll provide basic assistance with enquires and office tasks, to work collaboratively with management team to support clients and their families to achieve their goals

This also includes:

Communicate well with clients with varied needs and backgrounds
Perform various administration tasks such as capturing enquiries, preparation of rosters, purchasing and client bookings.
Engage and build community connections, promoting the services of Uniting
Facilitate quality, timely and effective communication maintaining privacy and confidentiality of each client
Promote the rights and privacy of our clients, in accordance with relevant policy and legislation.

What do we need you to bring?

Ideally, we're looking for previous experience within an administrative role but if you're qualified and just starting out on your carer then we'd love to hear from you too.
You'll need to be resilient and resourceful, and be able to live our values of compassion, respect, imagination, and boldness every day.
Certificate 3 in Business Administration, Customer Service or equivalent qualification/experience
