We're looking for an
experienced and motivated Service Advisor/Manager to join our team at Sydney Diesel Centre in Smithfield.

If you enjoy working in a team, love helping customers, and are up for a challenge, this could be the perfect role for you.

As a Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for helping customers with their vehicle service needs and keeping things running smoothly in our workshop.

Responsibilities:


  • Communicate with customers to understand their vehicle maintenance needs, coordinate automotive repairs, and ensure timely and efficient service
  • Manage the workshop team
  • Demonstrate outstanding time management skills.
  • Proactive Sales and Fleet Customer Management.
  • As the first point of contact, ensure timely servicing of customer vehicles.

Requirements:


  • Highly organised and able to multitask
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • A strong mechanical knowledge/background
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Confident and polite telephone manner

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$75, $90,000.00 per year

  • Service advising: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • MTA (preferred)
