- Presenting accurate Financial Reports & Analysis.
- Supervising AP & AR Functions with support from 2 junior staff members.
- Maintaining financial projections including Profitability, Company Health & Cash flow.
- Collaborating with various departments on short & long term strategies.
- Creating budgets, forecasts, and scenario models.
- Managing accruals, prepayments, intercompany transactions, and General Ledger integrity.
- Handling BAS, PAYG & Payroll Tax filing on a regular basis.
- Coordinating with external CFO on Year End, FBT, R&D, and finance/taxation issues.
- Providing financial insights to different business units.
- Conducting job analysis with department heads, identifying opportunities and challenges.
- Implementing cost-saving initiatives within the overhead and staffing areas.
- CPA, CA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Extensive experience in Accounting.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in Excel and adaptable to new systems.
- Self-motivated and independent with a proactive approach.
- Enthusiastic about working on diverse projects in a fast-paced setting.
