The Role


We are currently looking for an
Administration/ Front desk professional who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, to join the friendly and supportive team on a
Part Time basis.

Our Administration Officers
are responsible for accurate and efficient administrative and customer service duties.


Located in
Cromer in Sydney's Northern beaches,
Willandra Village Retirement Community is set on 11 acres and is home to 225 independant living units, 41 serviced apartments and 90 bungalows.


What you will be doing

  • Providing a range of administrative and reception functions that include handling bookings and money
  • Maintaining client and staff database/records
  • Ordering supplies such as staff uniform, stationary, laundry and housekeeping orders
  • Assisting with resident enquiry packs and newsletters
  • Assisting with facility accounts
  • Providing efficient, friendly and professional service to all internal/external customers

What we are looking for

  • Previous administrative experience with very good typing and Excel skills
  • Availability to work part time 3 days per week, Wednesday to Friday 9am 5pm
  • Flexible availability to fill in and support the team during absences and attend training/ function days as needed
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion to put customers first
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
  • Previous reception experience in a fast paced environment desirable
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID 19, including the Booster and Influenza
