ABOUT THE ROLE:


Summary of the role:


  • Mercy Health has an opportunity for an experienced Health Professional who has project experience and worked on implementing and leading change. This is a part time (20 hours per week) 6 month maternity leave position that will be responsible for reviewing workflows, implementing new systems and processes and be a key change lead within the organisation.
  • The successful applicant:
  • Will have 3 or more years' experience working in a Public Hospital
  • Will have experience with developing change and communication plans
  • Will have experience working on small to midsize projects
  • Will be responsible for conducting training, and developing training manuals and material
  • Will be required to work cross campus at Heidelberg and Werribee.

ABOUT YOU:


  • Relevant tertiary or postgraduate qualifications in Health Information Management or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively liaise with different levels of stakeholders
  • Demonstrate that they have successful lead change within their organisation or department
  • Demonstrated ability to review workflows and implementing initiatives
  • Great written and oral communication skills
  • Must be enthusiastic and motivated
