ABOUT THE ROLE:

Summary of the role:

Mercy Health has an opportunity for an experienced Health Professional who has project experience and worked on implementing and leading change. This is a part time (20 hours per week) 6 month maternity leave position that will be responsible for reviewing workflows, implementing new systems and processes and be a key change lead within the organisation.
The successful applicant:
Will have 3 or more years' experience working in a Public Hospital
Will have experience with developing change and communication plans
Will have experience working on small to midsize projects
Will be responsible for conducting training, and developing training manuals and material
Will be required to work cross campus at Heidelberg and Werribee.

ABOUT YOU:

Relevant tertiary or postgraduate qualifications in Health Information Management or equivalent
Demonstrated ability to effectively liaise with different levels of stakeholders
Demonstrate that they have successful lead change within their organisation or department
Demonstrated ability to review workflows and implementing initiatives
Great written and oral communication skills
Must be enthusiastic and motivated
