The Opportunity:


We are hiring a Finance Analyst to join our team at Toll Group in Arndell Park This permanent, full-time position offers hybrid working flexibility, with the opportunity to work from home two days a week Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in providing essential support to Toll Group businesses, focusing on complex accounting issues and facilitating informed decision-making.

A day in the life of a Finance Analyst at Toll Group:

  • Manage Profit and Loss discussions with business managers and providing accounting support.
  • Result consolidation, analyse actual vs budget/forecast variances, offering effective commentary.
  • Oversee monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations, resolving issues promptly.
  • Contribute to Board and Corporate Reporting, coordinating with team members.
  • Identify cost control opportunities, implementing expense reduction measures.
  • Support financial reporting improvements and assist with monthend accounting.
  • Provide guidance on finance, accounting, systemrelated issues with operational teams.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Tertiary studies in Accounting or Finance.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience using Microsoft Power Query.
  • Ability to play a handson role in financial/management reporting as required
  • Strong problemsolving abilities
  • Financial analysis and strategy planning expertise
