**Your Opportunity
**As a Document Manager/Desktop Publisher for KPMG, you will work to produce high quality proposals and content management to the Defence and Federal Government Accounts. The Document Manager/Desktop Publisher will be working within KPMG brand guidelines to produce accurate products and be a trusted and knowledgeable resource for the business. The Document Manager/Desktop Publisher will understand and anticipate the clients' needs and expectations and manage them accordingly. Output is frequently high profile; the quality, accuracy and timeliness of the end product is therefore of critical importance.

**Key Responsibilities

  • To understand the objectives and determine the scope of work
  • Source information from relevant internal sources and teams etc., collate and analyse information logically
  • Create the document structure as per the RFP/proposal requirement and discuss with senior team members
  • Work with the teams to setup the repository of the recent client presentations, RFI/RFP responses, and other related collateral, etc.
  • Maintain the repository and the tracker to ensure that all recent documents are added regularly
  • Create and update standard packs, by scenario, that highlight the best slides that can be leveraged in future presentations, RFx responses, pitchbooks, capability decks etc.
  • Updating document libraries, inputting new documents, continuous improvement of templates/documents etc
**Design/ Production

**Create & manage all design elements, Including: - Engaging with a wide variety of internal stakeholders including client delivery Partners, Directors and team members; Account BD team members; and other internal clients

  • Adhere to brand guidelines
  • Setting of deadlines and
  • Image searches
  • Document/Layout formatting
  • Diagram/Infographic creation
  • Coordination of print/digital options & final product which includes management of external suppliers for print, still/ film photography & other collateral.

  • High level skills and knowledge of the design, document production and print/digital processes
  • Understand constructive feedback
**Qualifications

  • Project management experience
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Acrobat.
  • Skills in Adobe Create Cloud (InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop) packages beneficial.
