We're currently excited to be partnering with Kapiche. Kapiche is a feedback analytics platform at the forefront of AI and data analytics. It analyses mountains of customer feedback in minutes. Kapiche doesn't require any set-up. It just works, immediately.

No more waiting weeks or months to get results; our customers are able to answer questions, spot themes, identify root cases AND generate impressive reports in real-time.


Now over 5 years old, with Enterprise customers like Zappos, Australia Post, Coles and Toyota across Australia and the US - our team of 20 is a talented group of technologists, research & analytics practitioners, data-heads and more.

And we're now looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team in Australia. This is more than a typical BDR role. You will work closely with our CEO and go-to-market team to drive success.


You will:


  • Conduct targeted prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential leads
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and Marketing team to develop effective prospecting strategies and plans
  • Assume a pivotal role in managing deals throughout the sales cycle, steering and guiding our internal teams while forming trusted relationships with our clients
  • Research research research: you'll help us understand where we should be focusing our sales efforts and why, providing insight to set our gotomarket teams up for success
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery calls with prospects
  • Participate in discovery calls, commercial discussions, and be ready to step into an Account Executive role in the medium term

You will bring:


  • Previous experience in outbound sales roles. While we want you to have some sales experience, this could be from a different industry as long as you have a track record of high achievement in your personal and professional endeavours.
  • The ability to work with mínimal supervision, while embracing opportunities for working across timezones with global customers
  • A strong interest in a longterm sales career and genuine curiosity in product led businesses
  • You learn fast. You'll be able to talk Customer Insights, Customer Experience and Customer Data in no time
  • You are energized by the idea of working with an earlystage business and evolving product. Don't just use the playbook, help build it
  • Flawless communication. You have wellhoned interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Salary:
$70, $100,000.00 per year
