About the Client


Premium long-standing real estate agency, highly respected within the real estate industry operating across both Residential Sales and Property Management across 3 x offices, with future growth on the horizon.


About the Role
- $55,000 + Super

  • Monday to Friday 8.30am5.30pm
  • Open, close & maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean & tidy at all times
  • The face and voice of the business. Filter all calls through to the appropriate staff member
  • Deliver 5star customer service at all times
  • Ensuring office supplies are well stocked, daily banking & mail
  • General reception duties & property management administration support (will be trained in this)

Skills & Experience
-
Real Estate industry experience preferred but not essential:

  • Reception experience essential
  • Corporate presentation & confident demeanor
  • Excellent computing skills & attention to detail
  • Confident personality to manage enquires professionally
  • Excellent time management skills & ability to prioritise workload
  • Property Tree knowledge would be beneficial but not essential
