The Care Park Group is a global parking management and property services provider approaching 500 locations in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Hungary and the United Kingdom.

Our services include parking operations in major locations such as Queen Victoria Market, Festival Brisbane and extending to hospitals, airports, casinos, sporting venues and commercial centres.

We park over 150,000 cars daily worldwide.

We are looking for Parking Services Attendant to join our growing team.


About the role:
The primary role will include (but is not limited to):

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all patrons, staff, and contractors.
  • Provision of effective and efficient maintenance for equipment malfunctions as required.
  • Report maintenance issues to the Operations Supervisor and other nominated personnel as instructed by Care Park.
  • Provide vehicle access and egress controls as required.
  • Processing tickets and Cash handling assistance for customers.
  • Perform cleaning duties to a high standard to maintain a good representation of the Care Park brand and to ensure that the car park is a safe environment for all customers.
  • Issue infringement notices to noncompliant customers.

About you:

  • Wellspoken with clear communication skills and the ability to relate to people from all backgrounds.
  • Professional and hygienic personal presentation
  • Energetic, proactive, and confident with high reliability and punctuality
  • You will need your own vehicle to travel from site to site but we will reimburse you for any expenses so a current and unrestricted VIC driver's license.
  • Intermediate data entry and reporting
  • A dedication to the company's goals and/or mission
  • A willingness to assist a team member with their tasks/duties, when necessary
  • Ability to resolve conflicts successfully and calmly
  • Attention to detail
  • Reliability, responsibility, and excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated Ability to Work Independently
