Crown Perth offer you the opportunity to sign up to our 3-week training school to complete your Certificate II in Security Operations.

After successful completion of the course, you will be invited to interview with our Security Management team to obtain a job as a part time Security Officer.

The Training School is Monday
Friday (8:00am 5:00pm) and being deemed competent in all parts of training is necessary to successfully graduate from the course. Full attendance during the 3week course is essential.

We are currently offering part time hours per fortnight positions.

Flexible to working hours including availability to work weekends and night shifts are essential for this position.

As a Security Officer at Crown, your duties will include but not limited to:

Checking ID and ensuring patrons adhere to dress code.
Addressing undesirable behaviour.
Escorting staff and patrons to vehicles when required.
Preventing violent and disorderly behaviour.
Assisting patrons who wish to be selfbarred from the Casino.
Providing support in medical emergencies.
Assisting in the transfers of money and chips.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to defuse potential conflict.
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced and busy environment.
