We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Office Coordinator to join our head office team and to report to the Human Resources Manager. The office is based in Macquarie Park, 200m from Macquarie University train station and Macquarie Shopping Centre. This is an Office based position.

Job Description

Key responsibilities of this role are to:

Answer all incoming calls to reception and forward to the appropriate staff member

Monitor and distribute incoming mail and other correspondence

Meet and greet office visitors in a professional manner

Franking of outgoing mail and delivery to the post office

Organise travel and associated requirements in liaison with the Company's travel agency

Collect couriers and despatch couriers as required

Keep the office kitchens tidy including cleaning the coffee machines and load/unload the dishwashers periodically

Complete local expense claims and credit card reconciliations for Head Office staff

Providing additional administrative support to the Executive Management Team

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years' experience in general administration or customer service. You must also be a good team player with a high level of personal organisation, a customer focused approach and the ability to work well in a team environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also required.
