Our Client

What you'll do

Focus on business partnering for 3 core locations own the relationships
While providing full service support in all areas of people & culture, own the L&D portfolio across the business
Working closely with line management, you'll deliver key talent management, strategic talent initiatives, and programs
Partner with line management to understand the business, coach leaders for improved people performance, and to operationalise strategy
Work closely with Head of P&C on policy development, leadership initiatives, and employee engagement
Prepare annual reporting, such as the WGEA report
Guide leaders through change initiatives, particularly in relation to talent management strategies including performance, reward, career paths, diversity, resource planning and retention

What you'll bring

Collaborative mindset achieves progress through people
A proven track record in a business partnering role at a senior level
Strong experience partnering, influencing and coaching leaders on futurefocused people activities such as organisational design, culture, leadership and capability
A strong focus on achievement, combined with a passion for people, customer and business (retail desirable)
An ability to link commercial outcomes and people initiatives, and work across multiple stakeholder groups to deliver these
Track record in developing strong relationships and working collaboratively to deliver outcomes
Tertiary qualification in Human resources
