Due to exciting organizational growth that will extend into the next two years, this highly successful Automotive Group is looking for a super star to join the Accounts team

This is a fantastic opportunity to be rewarded for your hard work


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Invoice management and processing
  • Follow up of overdue accounts
  • Provide support to Accounts using your Accounts Payable & Receivable knowledge
  • Review and process supplier payments
  • Investigating and resolving all customer and supplier enquiries
  • Daily cash and cheque deposit
  • General Administration and reception duties like answering and directing calls, scanning/filing, and ordering office supplies

We are looking for the following skills and experience:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar AP/AR role
  • Previous experience with the Pentana/DMS/ERA net accounting package would be highly desirable
  • Strong administration & time management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Good knowledge of computer systems and digital platforms including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Approval Max
  • You enjoy seeing the task through to completion, problem solving and working collaboratively with your team and other departments
  • Attention to detail
