About the role:


Be part of a dynamic project team supporting the implementation of BaptistCare's new care and clinical documentation system - CareHub.

CareHub brings together four different systems delivering best practice technology to our staff for medication and wound management, pain assessment and clinical documentation and reporting


In addition to being on site for go live and post implementation support at each BaptistCare home, your clinical background and education/facilitation skills will enable you to assist with the delivery of the end user training program and support of the site data migration.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Registered Nurse with minimum 5 years' experience in aged care
  • Strong computer/technical skills and demonstrated experience in education and training design/delivery
  • Previous experience with using or supporting electronic clinical systems will be highly regarded
  • Sound knowledge of legislation and regulatory requirements for Residential Services
  • Driver Licence and ability to travel across NSW and ACT, including staying as required, to support your team and the sites.
  • High level written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills, including multitasking and timemanagement and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work within and promote the BaptistCare Purpose and Values.
