    Strategic Relationship Manager | Adelaide/Brisbane

    You'll be responsible for
    Monitoring the performance of repair shops to achieve positive performance outcomes, including regular on-site visits
    Identifying market and industry trends, evaluating and applying strategies to improve repair shop performance
    Understanding and anticipating customers needs by developing strong business relationships combined with competitor analysis to improve customer insights.
    Overseeing the onboarding of new repair facilities and supporting the offboarding of repair facilities not meeting required performance standards
    Supporting the application of nationally consistent Assessing policies, procedures and work practices
    About you
    Must have trade qualifications as a Panel beater, Spray painter or Motor Mechanic
    Motor insurance experience would be highly desirable
    Current and practical knowledge of the smash repair industry
    Excellent negotiation and data analytical skills
    Demonstrated capability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence.
    Team player who collaborates well with others to achieve customer centric outcomes
