About the Role:

u&u Recruitment Partners are currently working with a global organisation who are searching for a personable and professional Travel Claims Consultant.

The working hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5:00pm and after the probation period, there will be flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week.

Key responsibilities will include:

Manage end to end travel insurance claims;
Providing exceptional customer service to customers who are in stressful situations;
Maintain relationships with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders;
Adhering to KPI's and targets whilst delivering quality service ;
Problem solving within a fast-paced and high-demanding environment; and

Using initiative to accurately process information and claims.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience managing end to end travel claims is essential;
Must be confident having difficult conversations and dealing with complaints;
Ability to work at a fast pace in a high pressure environment;
Passionate about helping customers and solving problems;
Excellent communication and listening skills; and

Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
