Westside Lodge DDRC is a state-wide residential rehabilitation service for adults who experience the Dual Diagnoses of substance use and mental health issues.

The DD CRC will provide support to waitlist management in partnership with the Intake and Assessment Co-ordinator at Westside Lodge.


The DD CRC will work to actively reduce the "waitlist drop out" rate, maximising likelihood of the most vulnerable clients that WSL DDRC was designed to target.

The DD CRC role will include actively following up ongoing linkages with community service providers to support the increase in knowledge of the Dual Diagnosis model of care, and the complexities of treatment planning for this cohort.

The DD CRC will also have a role with post-discharge bridging support, ensuring continuity of care in the transfer back to the community, maximising treatment gains
