We are looking for a Construction Supervisor to join our highly skilled and dynamic Victorian Transmission Lines team.
This is a new role to our structure which has been introduced to continue to build our team for incoming major projects that CPP have won.
Bringing your experience with transmission overhead line construction, you will be directly responsible for the delivery of site works and provide support and leadership to both CPP staff and sub-contractors to ensure this is completed in a safe manner as well as create a positive team culture.

Skills and Experiences:
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Qualifications or previous experience as a Transmission Lineworker or equivalent
- Strong leadership skills, with 5 years experience working at a crew leader or supervisor level
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Current drivers licence
