Description
The role of a Behaviour Advisor is to provide support and guidance to schools to improve students' well-being.

The position involves using knowledge of well-being, safety, and behaviour approaches to offer advice, coaching, mentoring, and professional development to students across the school.

As the successful Behaviour Advisor assigned to this role, you will work directly with students referred by school leaders and develop and implement strategies to ensure they are fully engaged with their education.

This role will carry a caseload of children and students and work with colleagues from a multidisciplinary team to develop effective plans and strategies to ensure optimum engagement with education.
