Description

We are currently seeking a passionate
OSHC Roster Officer who will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of OSHC rosters and all associated regulatory compliances set out by licencing and regulatory authorities.

Our offer:


  • Permanent parttime appointment (30 hours per week)
  • Salary of WCS 4 $71,364 $76,537.89 per annum (prorata) plus 11% superannuation

Experience and Qualifications:


  • Flexible within standard operating hours and available for rostering duties during the week and on Sundays.
  • Demonstrated ability to use IT equipment, tablets and smart phones.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, problemsolving and organisational skills.
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills that ensure sharing of information and support to staff and management.
  • Proactive approach including being a motivated selfstarter and having the ability to work flexibly and effectively within a team and under mínimal supervision.
  • Reliable, punctual and mature attitude to work.
  • Demonstrated understanding of professional boundaries, privacy and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work outside normal business hours if required.
