The Role:

Write and post job adverts local and oversees
Support to our team leaders and managers
Directly liaise with our clients and support the business development team when required
Ability to source and negotiate with high end technical roles
Adhere to Australian Award Regulations and make recommendations to management accordingly
Raise contracts, complete new starter checklists and ensure new employee are set up

What you need:

Excellent computer skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to multitask and follow procedure
Superb organisation and time management skills
Sound commercial skills with the presence and confidence to influence
The ability to persevere and persist when roles to fill can be challenging
