Lutronic powered by Cryomed is seeking a motivated individual to join this group, who has an appetite to excel, to build strong relationships with our customers and to grow revenue.

We are seeking a motivated individual to join this group, who has an appetite to excel, to build strong relationships with our customers and to grow revenue.

In this role you will drive successful installations of Lutronic systems, a high-end laser device, which is a smarter laser for all patients, as it is fast, gentle, and efficient for all skin types.

We're looking for someone who:

Has at least 2 years successful sales experience in aesthetic medical devices devices
Must be knowledgeable with laser devices.
Has strong communications skills representing the business at conferences and clinical forums.
Enjoys building strong relationships and loves the hunt for new business.
Has hands on experience in clinical situations.

You'll be responsible for:

Building relationships with key customer accounts by way of sales meetings, demonstrations, education, and clinical support.
Drive sales activities through to a successful installation of Lutronic systems into new and existing accounts.
Responsible for achieving an agreed revenue target by identifying and gaining business from new and existing clients.
Provide education regarding the technology features and value propositions to clinicians to promote awareness and interest, including the demonstration of the technology.
Build a trusted advisor relationship with clinicians and nurture their technology advocacy along the sale process.
Develop market insights for the existing Aesthetic/derma laser segment and help formulate sales strategies to grow existing business.
