I am working with an established commercial business that specialises in Engineering and installation.

They are hiring for a Permananent Collectionns Officer who will be responsible for the follow up, negotiation and dispute resolution of day overdue Accounts

The Role:

Professional manner when dealing with customers both face to face and over the phone
Monitoring and maintaining customer information
Conduct reviews of overdue accounts
Continual debtor follow up
Regular maintenance of arrears collection
Receipting and allocation of payments
Build professional relationships with customers to communicate effectively where there are questions, queries or disputes
Reconciliation of accounts
Monitoring customer accounts for delayed payments
Prioritising work tasks, especially for end of month process

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in an Accounts Receivable or Collections role of 3+ years
Attention to detail
Effective time management skills
Strong communication skills
