ROLE ONE - Property

  • Role includes: Extensive diary management, meeting preparation and minute taking, travel bookings, document coordination and filing, and assistance with events as required.

ROLE TWO - Financial Services

  • Fulltime, based in the leafy green Western Suburbs close to public transport and great lunch options.
  • Get the full gambit of what's involved with running an office, from watering the plants, events, marketing, assisting two Directors, office maintenance, stationery orders and so, so much more. Really own this role. Business of under a dozen.
  • Down to earth Directors who are understanding, approachable and flexible.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • At least two years' experience in an administration role
  • A driver's licence (you may be required to do quick runs every so often)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A great communicator, across a range of mediums including over the phone and written
