The Company
Our client is a well-established food manufacturer experiencing significant year on year growth.

They are looking for a hands-on Warehouse and Inventory Supervisor to lead a small team across all aspects of warehouse operations.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead a small team across all warehouse operations including pick pack and despatch.

Key responsibilities include (not limited to):

Manage warehousing activities and ensure work is performed safely and procedures are followed
Order pick/pack and dispatch

- including occasional forklift operation

Handle daily cross docking operations ensuring deadlines are met
Stock control (including frozen)
Working closely with the Production Manager, Production Planner and Purchasing team

Skills and Experience

A proven track record of success in a similar position
FMCG experience is highly regarded
Understand the practice and working conditions of a HACCP controlled environment
Good communication skills both oral and written
Experience training, coaching, and mentoring a team
Strong proficiency with MS Suite and ERP systems
Current NSW forklift license
Ability and willingness to perform some work in a freezer environment
