Hours - Mon-Fri (staggered starts, e.g., 12:00pm-8:00pm, 1:30pm-9:30pm - 2:30pm

What you'll do as an Operations Supervisor:

As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for all aspects of safety, performance, resourcing and team leadership for all operational areas and/or operational processes.

This includes supervising all activities and resources associated with the area/shift to achieve agreed objectives, optimising profitability and business efficiency, with a strong customer focus, in a safe and socially acceptable manner.

What are we looking for in an Operations Supervisor? What's important?

Minimum 2+ years leadership experience in similar role
Highly organised, ability to juggle ever changing/competing priorities
Excellent interpersonal skills, both internally & externally
Happy to work with overlapping shifts, and staff members therein
Solid MS Office skills/Excel, intermediate level
Key characteristics & traits including pride in your work, multitasker, empathetic, approachable
