We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to the CTP Regulator to join the team on a full-time term basis.


The Executive Assistant supports the corporate team in the delivery of corporate governance, strategic planning, human resource administration, records management, project management support and policy development contributing to the effective achievement of the CTP Regulator's business objectives.


The role is also responsible for the provision of a confidential administrative support service for the CTP Regulator and executive team.

This includes meeting coordination, calendar management and quality assurance of documentation.

Emphasis is placed on the development and continual improvement of corporate services to the CTP Regulator.


About you:


You have significant experience in providing a confidential secretarial and personal administrative support service to executive staff and can represent the CTP Regulator in a professional manner when dealing with external stakeholders, including across Government agencies and CTP Insurers.

About us:


The Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Regulator is an independent Statutory Authority responsible for delivering a competitive CTP Insurance Scheme offering choice, ease and confidence to the SA community.

The Regulator monitors, audits and reviews CTP Insurer activities and efficiency of the Scheme.

These actions ensure that a fair and affordable Scheme is maintained for motorists, and there are improved Scheme outcomes for injured people.

Salary Range:
$74,315 to $77,901 per annum.
