On behalf of our award-winning client we are seeking an experienced Test Analyst to conduct user testing on a new CRM platform and provide training for internal employees.


  • Initial 3 Month Contract, with potential to be extended.
  • Part Time: (flexible working 4 days per week)
  • Daily Rate: Negotiable
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Location: WFH & North Sydney Office (hybrid)

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct user testing on the new CRM platform and identify any bugs or usability issues
  • Create and execute test plans and scenarios to ensure the system is functioning as expected
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to provide feedback on product features and usability
  • Work closely with the Test Lead to manage the testing process and ensure quality standards are met
  • Train internal employees on how to use the CRM and events platform effectively
  • Provide ongoing support to users and resolve any technical issues as needed

Requirements:


  • 3+ years of experience as a Test Analyst, with a focus on user testing of CRM platforms, ideally with experience in Events platforms
  • Experience providing training to end users, excellent communication skills essential.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with an eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Available to start immediately and work parttime for 3 months
